If you choose to send the prepared email, the information you include is received in the Europe Air Crew mailbox and used to respond to your enquiry and follow up the discussion. You can ask about, correct or request deletion of your enquiry information using the same address, subject to any applicable retention requirements.

Product guide and tour

The product guide searches content included in this website. Queries are processed in your browser and are not sent to an AI provider. Tour choices change only the examples displayed on your screen. The tour contains fictional records and cannot approve, sign or alter anything in EAC’s workspace.

This presentation website does not set application cookies, use advertising trackers or load third-party analytics. Hosting and security services may keep technical access logs, including IP address, request time, browser information and requested address, to operate and protect the website. Your email application and any external website you open operate under their own terms.

Product scope

The site describes functionality observed in the EAC implementation on 19 October 2026. Availability for another organisation depends on agreed scope and configuration. Enroll and CBTEAC are separate connected services. Extended personnel dossiers and their renewal monitoring are still in development.

Easysform is a management support tool. Its indicators and recorded internal approvals do not constitute certification by an aviation authority. Required organisational and external authority decisions remain with the responsible people and bodies.
