How it works

Clear next steps.
Human decisions.

A useful workflow connects the request, its owner, the evidence and the outcome. Easysform helps keep that chain visible.

01

Start with the request.

Open your personal actions or an organisation indicator. Read the source record, the owner and the due date to understand what is actually expected.

Example: an independent review is waiting for the person assigned to it.

02

Bring the evidence into view.

Follow the connected finding, report or document. Check the applicable version and supporting material before recording an outcome.

Example: a completion record supports an action; a future plan does not prove completion.

03

Use the right person’s decision.

The action owner, independent reviewer and approving manager may have different responsibilities. The assigned person acts through their own account and permissions.

Example: acknowledging a message does not sign a review or close the underlying finding.

04

Verify the result.

Check the recorded decision, retained evidence and any remaining follow-up. A dashboard colour reflects its module’s checks; it is not a certification of overall compliance.

Example: a report may be recorded as closed while a separate follow-up review still needs attention.

Access that follows responsibility

Different people.
A purposeful view for each.

These examples describe possible working responsibilities. Actual access is configured for each organisation; a job title alone does not grant permissions.

Working responsibilityTypical focusAccess principle

Management

Organisation status, resources and assigned decisions.

Approvals follow the configured authority and workflow.

Compliance & safety

Audits, findings, safety assessments and follow-up.

Preparation, independent review and final approval can be separated.

Assigned reviewers

The specific evidence and decision requested.

Signing access applies to an assigned request, not every record.

Staff & participants

Assigned readings, briefings, contributions and requests.

Restricted users receive the material needed for their work.

Useful assistance

Guidance alongside
the work.

The operational assistant can explain a screen, find guidance and help draft wording. Users remain responsible for checking evidence and making decisions.

It has no organisational role and cannot accept a risk, approve an action, sign a document or replace an independent reviewer.

A note on recorded approvals

Easysform supports account-based internal review and signature workflows tied to a retained source. The required authentication and approval controls depend on the organisation’s configuration.

The site does not claim qualified electronic signatures or automatic acceptance by an aviation authority. External authority approval remains a separate process.
